Mexico News Daily: three capital battles, then the rest of the country

Mexico News Daily’s 24 August English file lists Friday at Bellas Artes, Saturday at the Monument, Sunday in Condesa with a 3,000-peso prize, then Xalapa and Torreón, plus the Ignacio de la Llave park rule. It also dates a UCR championship to 18 August. We keep the Spanish city files for the plazas themselves.

Uncertain: English wrap of stories we also file in Spanish.
